Supported Pallet Types

FoxBot ATUs are currently able to pick 40” x 48” block pallets (including both CHEP and PECO brands), IGPS pallets, and stringer/whitewood pallets in a variety of configurations.

Supported Trailer Load Configurations

The FoxBot ATU currently supports a variety of homogeneous and heterogeneous loads of block and stringer pallets, straight or turned, via two different fork configurations: a narrow setting (fork spacing 41 cm/16.14 inches), and a mid-spaced setting (fork spacing 56.24cm/22.14 in). Fork spacing is manually adjusted by the Operator prior to commanding the robot to unload a trailer and fork positions are expected to stay in the same position once a run has started. Because some pallet types and orientations can be picked with either narrow or mid-spaced forks, and some pallet types/orientations can only picked in one configuration, the allowable fork position(s) for any particular trailer depend on what combination of pallets and orientations are expected to be in that trailer.
